The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Website.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information and products. BILLING POLICY



Orders placed through redbarks.com will appear on your billing statement as Redbarks Sauces, LLC.


PAYMENT POLICIES



Redbarks.com gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via he Internet within a secured environment. Customers hesitant submitting credit card information over the Internet may also choose to fax their credit card information to the fax number on the receipt issued at the end of the check out process.

If paying by check, money order or cashiers check via mail, please include a copy of the original order receipt for proper processing. If paying by check, please allow 5-7 days for the funds to clear before we process your order.


CANCELLATION POLICY



Any order that has been processed and then canceled prior to shipping will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee (calculated on the total transaction amount). This will be charged to the method of payment which was given to redbarks.com at the time of purchase.

If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process. Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will result to a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process. All cancellations must be confirmed.

Any orders that are refused or misdirected because of improper addressing will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for both the appropriate restocking fee and return shipping. Return shipping of the product is not refundable.

Items damaged in shipping: It is rare for an item to get damaged, because we send orders out that are professionally packaged in sturdy packing materials. However, if your shipment arrives damaged, contact UPS Customer Service at 1800 PICKUPS within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver. Additionally, please contact redbarks.com within 48 hours to report any damages that were incurred during shipping so we can assist you with resolving the issue. Please save all packaging materials for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and return the damaged merchandise to redbarks.com. If the damage was not apparent until you opened the package, contact us within 48 hours so that we can take the necessary steps to file the claims and resolve the issue. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.

Partial Shipments:
We make every effort to ship all products in a single shipment. If, for any reason, we cannot ship one or more items due to backorder, we will ship the items that are available and update the order status as necessary.

Incorrect Items:
Although we do everything we can to send the ordered item(s) to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong item, we will pick it up and replace it. Please contact redbarks.com immediately if you receive the wrong item. Once we receive the wrong item, we will send the replacement. Replacements will be shipped based on the shipping method chosen during the original transaction.


CANADA SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours.

We offer several shipping options via United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • UPS Worldwide Express PlusSM:
    Approximately 1-2 days transit time (delivery by 8:30am)

    UPS Worldwide ExpressSM:
    Approximately 1-2 days transit time (delivery by 12:00pm)

    UPS Worldwide ExpeditedSM:
    Approximately 3-5 days transit time (delivery by the end of the day)

  • UPS Standard:
    Approximately 7-9 days transit time (delivery by the end of the day)
    UPS Standard service does not include charges for customs clearance.
    Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer.

It is the responsibility of the importer to pay any and all additional charges imposed (in addition to our set shipping rates) on all shipments to Canada.

RETURN POLICY



Always contact redbarks.com by email before sending anything back. Our excellent customer service is based on prompt, clear communication with our customers. Understanding your reasons for returning an item we can better resolve your issue. When returning an item please contact redbarks.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) - this will allow us to efficiently handle and process your transaction. RMA requests must be made within 15 days of receipt. The RMA is valid for 15 days and must be clearly marked on the outside of the box in order to efficiently process your request. No returns will be accepted unless the merchandise is in "brand new" condition. Any returned shipment received in conditions other than "brand new" will be charged a 100% restocking fee (calculated on the total transaction amount).


Return Shipping Requirements / Checklist:

  • RMA from redbarks.com: Place each item to be returned back in its original item box, with original or adequate packing materials (bubble wrap, foam wrap, peanuts, etc) Clearly mark the RMA number label / box
  • We recommend you use a shipper with insurance and tracking options to return your item. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Credits / Refunds:
Credits and/or refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used on the original transaction. If the original transaction was paid via check, a refund by check will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 12-14 business days for processing credits and/or refunds. Shipping is nonrefundable.


BACKORDERED ITEMS:
From time to time, some items may be backordered. In either event, it is the policy of Redbarks to process the order as normal and change the status of that order to "backordered". We will continually update the order status as information becomes available to us.
